Overview

Respirix is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Data Collection

Respirix does not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Location data
• Health data transmitted to any server
• Advertising identifiers

On-Device Data

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Your breathing session history (duration, protocol used)
• Heart rate data from connected Bluetooth devices (if used)
• HRV metrics calculated during sessions
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any cloud service operated by Respirix.

Bluetooth

If you choose to connect a Bluetooth heart rate monitor, Respirix communicates directly with the device to receive heart rate and RR interval data. This data is processed on-device and is not transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

Respirix does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

Respirix does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, this is inherently addressed.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
